Proprietor, Instructor/Trainer, Sales. Jodi is a lifetime horsewoman who grew up in the horse business with a family that loved the sport of Rodeo. She was raised in the saddle both in Wyoming and in Arizona at her family’s riding stables guiding trail rides, competing in rodeos, and participating in 4-H clubs. She has an Equine Management degree from Central Wyoming College where she also went through an instructor certification and has a full weekly schedule of riding lessons and horses in training.
She is a member of the National Barrel Horse Association, United States Team Roping Championships, and American Quarter Horse Association. Jodi encourages her students to participate in monthly gymkhana events supports their endeavors in many ways.
Jodi is an accomplished rider with awards and prize winnings in barrel racing, team roping, breakaway roping, and pole bending. For the last 20 years she has been sharing her knowledge and love of horses through the teaching of others. She is the consummate people person, an ambassador of goodwill to clients, to boarders, and to business partners. Her innate ability to be the best of observers makes her an expert at helping you refine your riding skills, at whatever level you are at.
Melanie Townley
Instructor. Melanie grew up in Littleton, Massachusetts with her mom, dad and older brother and sister and moved to Arizona in 2007. She’s been riding for over 16 years and has been at Jodi’s for over 12 years! Melanie has a horse named Breezy and a dog named Drop. She graduated with a degree in Special Education and enjoys working with her students. Melanie specializes in beginner lessons for any age, but is also comfortable helping riders of every level improve their skills.
Amanda Ferullo
Instructor. Amanda grew up in Arizona and has completed her studies at ASU-West to become a Zoologist. She is passionate about working with animals and studying them. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her horse, and going on hiking adventures throughout Arizona. Amanda has been riding horses since she was 10 years old and rescued her first horse when she was 12 years old. Her love of animals runs in her family as her dogs, rabbit, turtle, and tortoises are all rescues. Amanda enjoys teaching people of all ages about horses and has worked with special needs kids for the past 10 years. She is always amazed when she can witness her students accomplish their goals. Amanda specializes in beginner lessons.
